About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our partner companies where data drives product and revenue decisions. You'll design experiments, build forecasting and classification models, and partner with engineering to move models into production. This is a hands-on role: you write the SQL, the Python, and the analysis that gets read by founders.
What You'll Do
- Design and analyze A/B tests and causal-inference studies
- Build predictive models for churn, pricing, fraud, demand, or ranking
- Write production-quality Python and SQL for reusable analysis pipelines
- Partner with data engineers on feature stores and model deployment
- Communicate findings clearly to product, growth, and leadership
- Define metrics and build dashboards that stay trusted
Requirements
- 4+ years of applied data science in a product or growth setting
- Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels) and advanced SQL
- Solid statistics: experimentation, regression, Bayesian methods
- Experience shipping at least one model to production
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt, Airflow, or modern data stack tooling
- Experience with LLM evaluation or NLP
- Background in marketplaces, fintech, or subscription businesses
- Advanced degree in statistics, economics, or a quantitative field
