About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Angular Engineer to join our partner companies running Angular at real scale: enterprise dashboards, back-office tools, and customer portals where the frontend has years of history and cannot be rewritten on a whim. You'll work with modern Angular (standalone components, signals, typed forms), keep the bundle and change-detection cost under control, and help move older modules forward version by version.
What You'll Do
- Build features with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS
- Own state management with NgRx, signals, or services, whichever the codebase uses
- Keep change detection and bundle size in check as the app grows
- Lead incremental upgrades across major Angular versions
- Write unit and end-to-end tests with Jest, Karma, or Playwright
- Work directly with US product and design teams on scope and sequencing
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development, 3+ with Angular in production
- Strong TypeScript and RxJS, including operators and subscription hygiene
- Experience with a state library (NgRx, NGXS) or a deliberate service-based alternative
- Comfortable with reactive forms, routing guards, and dependency injection
- Solid CSS and component-library work (Angular Material or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Experience upgrading an app from AngularJS or an early Angular version
- Micro-frontend or module-federation experience
- Nx monorepo experience
- Accessibility work against WCAG
