About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our partner companies building consumer and field-service apps where a single Dart codebase serves iOS and Android. You'll own architecture and state management, write platform channels when the framework runs out, and keep frame times smooth on the cheap Android devices real users carry.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship features with Flutter and Dart
- Own state management with Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider
- Write platform channels to reach native iOS and Android APIs
- Profile and fix jank, rebuild storms, and memory growth
- Manage flavors, releases, and store submissions
- Write widget and integration tests that run in CI
Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile development, 3+ with Flutter in production
- Apps shipped to both the App Store and Google Play
- Strong Dart fundamentals: null safety, async, streams, isolates
- Experience with a state-management library and a clear architecture
- Experience with mobile CI/CD and release management
- Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Native Swift or Kotlin experience for channel work
- Experience with Flutter on web or desktop
- Experience with offline-first sync and local databases
- Contributions to Flutter packages
