- How fast can I get a shortlist?
- Tell us the role and you get a vetted shortlist within 72 hours, guaranteed. Onboarding an engineer you choose typically takes another two to three weeks, depending on notice periods.
- What happens if the engineer underperforms?
- Ruzora carries a 30-day replacement guarantee. If an engineer underperforms on documented technical grounds in the first 30 days, we replace them once at our cost, not yours. There is a 15-day cure period first. It covers technical performance, not culture fit or a change of budget.
